Brarista

Overview

Brarista is a technology start-up developing software which uses body mapping to select the best bra sizes for customers.

I've worked with them on a few projects. Most recently designing a chatbot that helps customers with size guidance and queries. Previously I worked on incorporating the Brarista technology into existing websites for clients such as Womanhood and M&S.

Process

Breaking down the project

I worked with the Founder and CEO of Brarista to understand the problems faced by different groups of people buying bras, whether that was online or going for in-store fittings and how the Brarista technology can help. I've helped provide UX guidance and UI designs ready for development over the course of several projects.

Outcome

We're currently in the process of combining the Brarista technology into a chatbot for a large retailer. Providing users with information on the fit of items, what size to buy and any other sizing related questions.

We've also launched the Brarista technology on to partnering websites for different clients.
